RRA-AGM 2025 activity updates

This year's AGM was held on April 15 and provided an opportunity for neighbours to gather over refreshments and to get an overview of the RRA's recent activities. In addition to the required business meeting which nominated and elected RRA officers, attendees heard about the following items:

• local streetscaping and proposed 'parkettes'

• collaboration with neighbouring residents' associations and the UpTown Yonge BIA

• meetings with developers, politicians and planners to influence development in our community

• an overview of current and proposed construction in the neighbourhood

• efforts to ensure safe streets and sidewalks

In all the presentations, the vision of the RRA to promote a safe, livable and desirable community was emphasized.
